For small hotels we work with a simple in-house booking engine. For hotels with more than 20 rooms or with multi-platform presence we recommend a channel manager like SiteMinder or Cloudbeds, which syncs all channels.

We typically start with 3-4 languages (English, German, Bulgarian, Russian) and add more based on your target markets. Czech, Romanian, Greek and Serbian are also common additions for Black Sea and Balkan resort hotels.

We embed an interactive Google Maps view with a marker on the hotel and automatic driving directions. We can also add public transport info if relevant.
